The terms “I,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to “Rajeev Narang,” while “Customer,” “User,” and “You” refer to the users of our services.
We are committed to providing exceptional service to every customer and want you to feel confident when doing business with us. Due to the nature of our offerings, our refund policy is consistent across all training workshops:
Refund for Cancellations Made 7 Days Prior: If you cancel your participation at least 7 days before the workshop date, we will refund your participation fee after deducting 10% of the paid fee (towards handling charges) plus the applicable GST amount.
Refund for Cancellations Made During the Last Week: If you cancel within the last 7 days before the workshop, we will refund only 50% of the basic paid amount. The GST amount will not be refunded.
Processing Time: Your refund request will be processed within 7 working days. If you have any concerns, please write to us at rn@rajeevnarang.in between the time of your payment and the workshop date. We will address your concerns within 7 days of receiving your email.
No Refund After Workshop Completion: Refunds cannot be claimed under any circumstances after the completion of the workshop.
